   Meeting fees for attendees include all sessions and educational materials, the continental    breakfasts and lunches during the meeting, and the Opening Reception on Friday evening.

 

   Guest Meeting Fees:             $130.00

  

   Meeting fees for guests include continental breakfasts on Friday and Saturday, and the Opening    Reception on Friday evening.
 
   All meeting registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Fees cover the full    program only. There are no single day registration. A $10.00 service fee will be added to

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to Friday, May 21, 2010 will receive a partial refund (85%) of the registration fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the registration fee.   

Hotel cancellations are subject to the fees imposed by the Drake Hotel and are the responsibility of the attendee.
